UPX makes small executables. The abbreviation UPX stands for Ultimate Packer for executables, so a program with itself EXE and other executable files shrink a lot and can unpack again.
Only from from console - that is completely without any user interface - it is compressed with UPX especially EXE program files. In addition, support the free software COM and SYS files formats as well as some of the other operating systems. About some parameters can make UPX certain requirements for the pack or uncompressing.
